Tycoon Class is a Railroad-focused tournament, but the best way to play it is not to chase every possible landing. Players need to turn limited Dice into reliable tournament progress while protecting resources for future events and sticker goals such as Monopoly Go Stickers. The key question is simple: when does a Railroad attempt justify a higher multiplier, and when is it smarter to wait?
Every Railroad landing can produce either a Shutdown or a Bank Heist, yet the points earned vary considerably. The current scoring structure is.

◆ A poor board position is usually not worth forcing, even if the next Railroad reward looks attractive.
◆ After missing the target, reduce the multiplier instead of continuing at the same level automatically.
◆ Treat a high multiplier as a short attempt, not as a setting for the rest of the session.
A practical rhythm is to approach the Railroad at a modest setting, increase it when the distance becomes favorable, collect the result, and then scale back. This keeps one unlucky roll from turning a useful opportunity into an extended resource drain.
Milestones Give You a More Reliable Target
Tycoon Class currently has 40 milestone levels, and completing the route requires 36,000 points. The track includes Dice, Flags, sticker packs, and temporary boosts. For comparison, the Farm Express tournament offered 5,735 total Dice and 2,160 Flags across its milestone route.
That structure makes milestone progress easier to evaluate than leaderboard placement. You can see the next reward and decide whether the required Dice are justified. A leaderboard can change suddenly when another player makes a large push, so chasing a rank is difficult to budget around.
Check the next two or three milestones before committing to a long session. If the upcoming reward is useful, continue with a defined target. If the cost rises sharply for a minor reward, preserve your Dice instead.
Save Burst Sessions for Mega Heist Windows
Mega Heist periods are the clearest reason to play more aggressively. Since a Mega Heist carries the highest listed base value, a favorable Railroad position during that window can support a brief high-multiplier session.
Do not treat the window as permission to roll continuously. Wait for a sensible distance, raise the multiplier for the attempt, and stop once the position or event advantage disappears. This approach concentrates risk where the possible return is strongest without committing your entire Dice balance to one tournament.
Tycoon Class works best as a controlled exchange: Dice become Railroad attempts, those attempts become Shutdowns or Heists, and the points unlock milestone rewards. Set a stopping point before rolling, protect resources when the next reward is weak, and save flexibility for activities such as the Monopoly Go Racer Event when it arrives. That discipline makes each Railroad opportunity easier to judge and keeps tournament progress from consuming more Dice than it is worth.
